MARCA TREVISO is the Treviso Consortium of touristic promotion at the moment established by 150 touristic operators (hotels, Bed & Breakfast, inns, flats, restaurant, trattorias, osterias and bars, travel agencies, golf club, fluvial linkers) situated in every part of the trevigiano’s territory.
Not only a motto or a slogan: it is important answer to the necessities of a tourist.
It is a group of operators that chosen to associate and integrate its activity with other private and public subjects, those of voluntary service that take care of culture and nature, that find the genuineness of round products and food, that want to plonge in streets and squares of towns and villages where the quality of life begin quality in welcome.
The Consortium, on the grounds of Regional Law n. 33 of 2002, devote oneself to support the activity of promo-marketing in favour of its members with the aim of concretize – on economical level- the important touristic offer of the province of Treviso.
Thanks to precious support of UNASCOM/ConfCommercio and its operative structure, MARCA TREVISO dispose of a new operative organization able to intercept both the operators (Agencies, Tour Operator) and the “self made” tourist with the object to make more efficacious and functional the accommodation in our structure.
And then, important, the presence and the contribution of Partners like Camera di Commercio, Provincia di Treviso, Aeroporto di Treviso (with AER TRE S.p.A.), this Local Authorities that supported the new trend and strategies of the Consorzio.
The Consorzio is presided by Gianni GARATTI while the Director is Alessandro MARTINI, to the tecnical guide of the structure a short time ago after an important esperience with the G.A.L. and with the Agencies of Development connected to the financial opportuneness of the Commissione Europea and Regione Veneto.
The Consorzio renowned also the administrative and management areas with the introduction of new human resources able to answer to the increasing necessities of the Associated.
But the novelty is the area called “promo-marketing”. A short time ago the Consortium boast a precious and qualified collaboration with a series of promoters, a sort of advisers of promotion and marketing that, taking part to the Fairs, to the Educational and to the different moments built as the new (but also the classic) markets of tourism, they conjugate the plentiful Trevigiana offer with the more and more articulate and complex question of the world-wide tourist.
And still the Consorzio has finally opened its Office Tourist Reservation and Services (it is situated in S. Lazzaro, at the beginning of the Terraglio, in the direction of Venice at the corner of Via Ghirada) and will be finishes them in which it will meet the job of the promoters. From it will come here shunted the demand towards hotels and B&B, restaurants, travel agencies, etc. The centre has a blue number and it is open from Monday to Saturday. The promo-marketing area is completed by the new Office in Monaco di Baviera - CASA VENETA. From this office it will be able to discover the best opportunities for stays in Veneto of Marca Trevigiana, of Lake Garda and splendid mountains of Altopiano di Asiago.
